Procurement launch for contact centres

We have launched a tender for our next contact centre services contract.

We have launched a tender for our next Civil Legal Aid Operator Services and Defence Solicitor Contact Centre contract.

The tender is being run through a Government Commercial Agency (formerly Crown Commercial Services) framework. Only bidders on this framework are eligible, and they’ll be invited to apply directly.

Why is this happening now?

The current LAA contact centre contract is coming to an end. We’re procuring the next contract now to make sure the service continues without interruption.

This tender is only open to suppliers on the relevant Government Commercial Agency framework. It is not an open tender. Eligible suppliers will be invited to apply.
